Individual Therapy
I understand that you have a choice and variety of individual therapist to support you. That is why I will work to get to know you and meet you where you at in your journey. I have a variety of appointments that can work with your life schedule. I work in-home, in office or I have virtual sessions available.
Child Therapy
Children communicate through play, there fore their treatment may look different that an adult. I have a variety of toys and therapeutic books that I use to help children express their feelings. Children react to trauma differently than adults so meeting them where they are and letting them have some autonomy over the services they receive can support the therapeutic process
Family Therapy
Families go through a variety of changes and navigating theses changes and challenges are not always easy. There are times that you need to seek support from a neutral party to address concerns with in your unit. Parenting styles, separations, Communication are some of the concerns that can be supported with the therapeutic environment.
Child-Parent Psychotherapy
Child Parent Psychotherapy is a specific intervention that helps a parent understand how specific events (trauma) affect the child parent relationship through play. Clinician will collaborate with families to understand the event, and allow the child through play a space to communicate and process their experience.

What Types of Issues Do We Address?
We specialize in treating a range of issues including ADHD/ADD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Adjustment Disorders, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and more. Our goal is to help children manage emotions and behaviors while improving family dynamics.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
ADHD often begins in childhood and can persist into adulthood. It may contribute to low self-esteem, troubled relationships, and difficulty at school or work.
Symptoms include limited attention and hyperactivity.
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
ADD often is diagnosed in childhood. An individual who has trouble focusing and experiences difficulty in attending to and following instructions, but is not hyperactive
Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD)
ODD is a behavioral disorder in children and adolescents that’s characterized by a pattern of angry or irritable mood, argumentative or defiant behavior.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Children could experience trauma directly or could witness it happening to someone else. When children develop long-term symptoms (longer than one month) from such stress, which are upsetting or interfere with their relationships and daily activities.
Adjustment Disorders
a group of symptoms, such as stress, anxiety, feeling sad or hopeless, and physical symptoms that can occur after you go through a stressful life event.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder
a mental disorder that causes people to experience excessive, persistent, and uncontrollable worry that interferes with their daily lives
